Pros

Meet alot of new people. Residents are usually very pleasant and make days better.

Cons

Company is very cheap and dies not take into consideration what lower level employees recommend. There is a lot of favoritism and employees get treated differently based off of personal friendships with management.

Long hours A bunch of gossiping. I felt like I was still in high school instead of a “work” environment Terrible inventory Scammers
