Yes! Communities is an organization that truly values culture and employee development. Whether you are a field employee, a remote worker, or an employee of the Denver home office, you will be kept engaged and involved in everything that happens throughout the company. Your value is recognized and your accomplishments are acknowledged.

Cons

As with any organization, salary is always going to be a measuring stick and there are certain employees out in the field who are struggling to make ends meet due to a low compensation.

Good pay, good benefits.

Cons

Not the same since the inception of the "investors" I have never seen such a push to get renters to buy their homes. They don't care what you have to do to make the numbers, just do it!! It goes from your so wonderful, to you may need to find a different job in seconds! Stop rewarding people with pedicures for doing their Job!!! Certain RM's favor certain people, period.
