Everything, I have never had a job that I have actually enjoyed until now. After almost 25 years in property management, it took me way too long to find Yes! I have the best support from my supervisors, home office and more. They invest a lot of time and money into their employees and it shows.

Corporate office always has your back, Allows you to work independently, great incentive/bonus.

Cons

Residents are rude and think they can walk all over you. Very fast paced. If you don’t have a back bone you won’t make it.
