Co-workers were passionate and cared about the job and residents

The worst manager I've ever seen, bar none. Tried to totally rule people with fear and contempt, totally disrespectfull to everyone, even residents. She was fired not long after I left. But what Kim ever saw in her as a leader, I will never understand.
