Pros

Decent starting wage for new nurses. Excellent PRN wage.

Cons

Poor management. Poor communication. Very corporate. Not family oriented. Can’ Use sick time without being gone for more than three days with a doctors note and FMLA paperwork. I left with over 240 hours of sick time accrued. The only time I could use it was when I was on maternity leave.
