Pros

Being the only CPhT there. And working my ways in to feel important of my job. I worked with everyone even the Correctional Officers to provide the care I can do.

Cons

Learning the outcomes. Getting to know what my position duties was. Not having a lot of access to different programs to the sites and vendors.
