Pay is not any better than local hospital. Not worth putting yourself in danger

Pros

Co-workers. HFA usually had medicals back if the officers tried to write up nurses

Cons

Old equipment, non-existent equipment, limited supplies, HFA trying to do RN or medical's job. No up to date training for nurses. Hired a lot of new grads and expected them to critically think.
