      Good salary. Flexible work schedule. Always threatened to take away flexibility. Stretched you farther than you ever thought possible in your career.

      Cons

      No support from management. Inadequate staffing. No safety physically or professionally. Horribly expensive, horrible benefits.

      not enough staff -management is rude and disrespectful. Tells you they could care less if you stay or go. select few have a get out of jail pass.
