Pros

Pto hours are a plus if you get your time off approved

Cons

HSA at ISCI has no clue how to treat people with respect. Corporate and Regional Management have absolutally no clue whats going on, or If they do, they could care less, employees are over worked, but than again, some don't work at all...go figure...high turnover

Pros

I got out before my license was revoked.

Cons

My orders were altered, deleted and changed. Someone wrote orders in my name. They bounced a check to the State Board of Nursing for my prescriptive privileges. My pay check was very often short money, but no amount of money was worth their unethical behavior.

Pros

None, hands down the worst company I have ever worked for.

Cons

They treat you like a number and have unrealistic expectations. The workplace is toxic.Management is spineless and does not care about the team, or hear from them on how to make operations better. Some of the staff did not recieve bonuses that were promised to them. This company was previously called Corizon, I'm convinced they changed their name to avoid previous lawsuits. This company took over almost two years ago and ran most of the good employees out and then never replaced them, just had one nurse do the job of many. This company will be leaving the jail here soon but much of the management will remain. So beware, if you want to risk your nursing license then apply here.
