Best decision I ever made.
Pros
I moved to Denver in early 2019 after being in the luxury auto industry for many years. I was looking for an opportunity that would give me a better work/life balance yet provide me with the same or close to the income I had grown accustomed to. For those familiar the time required of dealership management, you know exactly what I am talking about. While very rewarding monetarily, it is not unusual to spend 6 days a week, 70-80 hours per week under extremely stressful conditions. Enter RefiJet. Mr. Rommel Toney responded to my resume submission. He was very friendly and to the point. Which I liked. He asked for a bit of clarity on what I was looking for and let me know that he felt my industry knowledge would be beneficial at RefiJet. From day one of training, I knew this was a company whose employees were proud to be a part of the RefiJet team. The training I received was second to none. They had found a clear and concise way to train individuals in one month what had taken me years to develop in the dealerships. I was very impressed. All the managers were ready and happy to answer any questions and help guide you on a path to success. You always hear companies refer to their culture as a happy family. Previously whenever I would hear that, my skeptical eyebrow would always uncontrollably rise. It did not take long for me to realize that from ownership, to management, to employee, the culture generated is one of togetherness. Like most paths in this industry, you get what you put into it. The added bonus with Refijet is you have a whole team surrounding you that want to see you succeed and achieve not only your professional goals, but your personal ones as well. I never thought I would be able to generate the income I made in management at the dealers. Certainly not without driving myself into an early grave working ridiculous hours. RefiJet made it ALL possible for me. Two years later and I still thank them constantly for the opportunity.
Cons
Winters in Denver are cold.
