      Pros

      Good pay. Some benefits are available, but I have not checked into them since I do not need them.

      Cons

      The company seems disorganized. When you are asked to work someplace, they don't know where it is located, what your hours are, how to get there, etc.

      I have been with the company for 9 years. The company has certainly improved over the years in driving priorities and vision, including employees in the future.

      Can sometimes feel disconnected from leadership, although that has greatly improved and continues to.
