      Pros

      The people and the long standing company are awesome selling points, very laid back office culture, but small environment.

      Cons

      Not much room to move up, marketing materials outdated and not much help or guidance. Lots of organizational changes that are hard to keep track of. Very little to no culture or perks.

      West Regional Management in Arizona lacks professionalism, courage, and integrity. "Leadership" is non-existent. Commission structure is below industry standard Cyclical layoffs and ever-changing layers of management High turnover Training lacking
