After 11 years, Senior Management changed to be egotistical and rude

Former leadership prior to 2014 was phenomenal. GE clients cared about growth and you as a person Staffing team itself was eager, well unified and a pleasure to work with

Promotions given to others based on sex and not skill set or posting the role, Escalations to Sr. management (directors and VPs) did nothing, did not care about your own growth, just as long as you did what they said. Empty promises. Had no voice for teams you supported, which was bad reflection on you as a leader Not allowed to differ in opinions with Sr. management, their way or no way Limited with recognition on what you can do for your teams (all about more money for Yoh) Sr. Management and client always butted heads, Yoh Sr. Management didn't stick up for teams, didn't care about the client and didn't have a clue what their teams actually did. Talked poorly about client and didn't listen to what they needed, no value add for ideas, improvements or enhancements to keep customer happy.
