      Pros

      Nationwide Great lucrative contracts with top companies. Will keep you busy.

      Cons

      If you like job stability, this is not the place. It's a turn and burn company that does not seem to look out for it's people. In 2-3 months, you will probably see a whole new set of people working there. No family work life balance.

      Pros

      The company has so much potential to be something special. They have multiple service offerings that range from managed staffing, VMS, national accounts, etc...

      Cons

      Senior leadership's ability to execute on the business plan leaves a lot to be desired especially at the " C" level. In the time I was with the company we lost a CEO, COO, multiple Regional Presidents.

      They truly believe in the value of an employee as well as the customer. They do what they say....and they mean it.

      Cons

      Communication from Corp mgmt can be an issue. It can sometimes be an internal battle to work with a client.
