      Pros

      they have many product offerings to address client needs which many staffing companies can't provide. You're fellow workers are great to work with.

      Cons

      It's a high stress work place and numbers are all that's important. if you're hitting the KPI's you'll be fine but if not it's over with. They try to be communicative and I wonder where they get the ideas of what direction to take. They like to push contest after contest but rewards are so minimal so what the point.

      Pros

      I was closed to being laid off at a large public competitor. Yoh offered stability and upward potential

      Cons

      The position they wanted me for wasn't available at the time. They said if you can grow it you will be there in a year. Potential fell thru and I was stuck in a position I never wanted in the first place.

      Pros

      Seeing as the company offers its service to many other company's, there's always plenty of opportunity to move. There's potential to build a career with Yoh if you choose or build a career with the company you're contracted to work for as well. You get to know people from both company's.

      Cons

      From my stand point it most likely all depends on who your client is, but management was always more worried about making the client happy than working with and standing up for their employees. I get that there has to be a certain amount of making the client happy, they're your client, but as a manager, you need to support your team and help make them better employees (i.e. - help set goals to move their career forward, help guide them).
