Cons

The company needs to modernize its workforce. Having a diversity club and saying you are diverse is not the same as BEING diverse.

YOH has the minimum benefits but there is nothing special. There is a decent amount of vacation time for an entry level position.

Cons

There is no real ability for growth within the position. And any time you approach your recruiter about changing positions its met with no help.
