      Pros

      They are a middleman for contracting, and I like that they are not getting in your way. Your experience will 95% depend on the host company. If your contract is interesting and pays well, it all works as it should.

      Cons

      Don't expect Yoh to add much to your contract.

      Pros

      The entire company is remote with no discussions of returning to office that I am aware of. We are only required to attend one in-office day per month for team collaboration. Work-life balance is fantastic. I have never felt pressured to not take time off or to work past my regular schedule. Management does a good job about keeping the staff informed on what is going on with the company and what the expectations are. The environment across the company is really nice and most everyone is willing to help out when you have questions or need assistance.

      Cons

      True for all staffing agencies, job security depends on how the market is doing. Some positions in the company do not have much options for upward movement.
