      Pros

      The internal staff is amazing: both senior and junior recruiters are helpful and friendly and there is a substantial amount of freedom with maintaining a open work schedule.

      Cons

      Attrition, attrition! Almost the entire staff has turned over within 12 months. This doesn't have anything to do with the people there, but more of problems caused by old-fashioned thinking.

      Pros

      The people and the long standing company are awesome selling points, very laid back office culture, but small environment.

      Cons

      Not much room to move up, marketing materials outdated and not much help or guidance. Lots of organizational changes that are hard to keep track of. Very little to no culture or perks.

      The company was fairly quick - like a week - to get me set up as an employee, and very responsive to any problems that popped up.

      Cons

      It's a Staffing company so as a contractor it doesn't necessarily offer the perks of a regular company.
