Pros

Awesome expereince getting to work inside GE. They're good to help get you into a company you might otherwise not had the expereince to access.

Cons

YOH HR Solutions the branch I worked for, was what you didn't want from an employer, they were petty, had lackluster immature management who were largely absent and didn’t support their employees, there was no room for advancement, placement decisions were made without any real consideration to seniority, experience, or education, and people were using the agency to hook up their buddies. It was a huge turn off. I would never professional work for them. They're great as a stepping stone, but step off them as fast as you can.

Pros

Good variety of service offerings

Cons

it's a sink or swim environment. You're pretty much on your own so you need to work as if it's your own company with little help.

Pros

They are a large company, with offices located throughout the US and in the UK.

Cons

Offices located throughout the company do not work together and their main administration/HR dept is lacking in multiple areas. Contractors wouldn't get paid on time due to internal errors, etc. There was no accountability for actions, which was probably one of the biggest issues. When I left, there was no follow up from HR for an exit interview and I never received documentation for COBRA, which fortunately was not a need for me. I was not paid for commissions that I earned during the time period I was with them. Without an attorney to find out when the company was actually paid by their clients, I had no ground to fight for my commissions. I have several similar stories. They truly do not care about their employees, which explains why the turnover rate is so high in so many of their offices
