Please do some research on this company and the amount of EEOC complainants that have been filed against them for discrimination and workplace hostility. I was recently terminated for no reason whatsoever. I have never been given any type of performance plans or anything. Once i filed a complaint with HR regarding bullying and workplace hostility I was let go a month later for "performance' yet was never put on a performance improvement plan or even spoken to about my performance. The managers continually gossip about other employees openly which is absolutely absurd. I should not know that someone is struggling or "on their way out the door." When someone is fired, the whole team is notified and "encouraged" not to speak to that person ever again. I truly hope someone does something about these people.

-Unnecessary 1hr meetings twice a day leaving you less time to actually work -Makes you do full desk recruiting to the point you’re doing the account manager’s job finding leads and getting managers contact names -there’s no boundaries -you literally have to live breathe and stress about your submittal no work life balance -no diversity at all -all they care is about metrics! As long as you hit the numbers you are considered profitable otherwise you get iced out
