      Pros

      Demonstrated how concerned they were about the value of the employee and how greatly their efforts contributed to the mission. Federal contractors are treated as equally important. They maintained constant open communication to ensure personal and HR questions were always addressed within a reasonable time. More importantly, when an employ is facing unforeseeable events they step up to take care of that employee.
