Straight forward professional people, Veteran own and operated company. Information flow is given from the top to the bottom fluently so everyone is kept abreast of all changes in information. Employees/staff are awarded by peers for their hard work and it is acknowledged throughout the company.

Cons

The only con I have to report is I no longer work there/with them.

Bryan Dyer-Very Nice CEO. Did come to visit the employee's once while I was there.

Cons

Poor hiring skills. Low pay. 2% raise a year only. 10 hours of leave a month forever. No advancement opportunity.No communication between PM and employees, unless there was an issue.
