very talented people but most of them left

Cons

the company saw decline in revenues, sold 3 out of 5 products and fired many of its employees. All talented people left due to low-medium salary and lost of trust in the management. the market is very competitive and all competitors, including Klaviyo (publicly traded) lose money. the company is a dinosaur in a world of innovation and I do not see any change in the future.
