Pros

Working here is more like making friends, nice people and atmosphere. Majority of employees do care a lot about their daily works and make progress, meanwhile we could get support from our co-workers more than we expected.

Cons

Caring more about socializing rather efficiently coping with problems. Messing boundaries between 'family' and 'company' could bring confusions to some extent. Senior levels might not be able to listen to others properly.
