Pros

The company is full of intelligent and knowledgeable people. My best work environment so far. Proactivity is rewarded and all ideas are welcomed and considered by management.

Cons

Aside from the usual issues at a fast paced company, there aren't any real cons. I was surprised when I was reading through the negative reviews though. The concerns that are mentioned are biased and it lacks objectivity and might be based on personal issue. Definitely cannot be applied to the entire company.
