Pros

Honestly, there used to be some, when I left there were none.

Cons

If you were not a select group of people no one takes anything you say into consideration. They do not listen to the employees. The bonus and commission structure was non-existent and based on feelings and not deliverables.

Workplace of positivity. We all help each other to achieve goals. Rapidly growing. Super fun work environment. Always learning. Very involved CEO. Open to all ideas no matter where they come from. Nimble. Flexible.

Cons

Get ready to roll up your sleeves and put in some hard work - but it's awesome to see your ideas come to life. Not a lot of structure/process in place.
