      Work on your own time if you manage a personal channel. Highly engaging and rewarding when hard work and editing is appreciated by viewers.

      Pros

      Fantastic benefits Lovely colleagues - some of the most interesting people I have ever met worked with me there. Google is an incredible environment to work in - they are changing the world.

      Cons

      Very little opportunity for career development. Everyone who I worked with 5 years ago is still doing the exact same job. Fine if you want to do that, but if you are relatively young and want to progress in your career you basically have to leave the company. The only other option is to plan on moving to San Bruno, which really isn't good....
