      Pros

      The most diverse place I've ever worked at and everyone got along beautifully. I hand that to good management.

      Cons

      The only person I had a personality conflict with was my immediate boss.

      Pros

      You can hopefully meet some amazing people as your channel grows! You can upload whatever you enjoy and whenever you want, so flexible hours!

      Cons

      No being controversial topics are allowed to be discussed because that would upset 0.000001% of the population! No using swearing. (cause we're obviously all 12 year olds online, right?!?) No playing most games that would get any views cause of that darned swearing and some controversal tropics! Oh yeah, and if you do any of the stuff I said not to, you get paid $0! Nice! So basically its impossible to make a video and get paid nowadays unless you're just some vlogger/tutor/music producer/clean joke channel!

      - great, smart people - collaborative atmosphere - mega Google perks and food - interesting, challenging work

      Cons

      - company becoming more bureaucratic than before - less freedom and trust - limited opportunity for career progression - headcount increases limited and relatively static structure - they are not in startup phase - senior management decisions sometimes not great
