Business Outlook
Pros
Due to the small nature of this company, you get a great idea of how all departments need to work together and are dependent on another for success. Pay was also above average. Very bright and capable people work there below upper management.
Cons
Communication was challenging. Decisions were made that effected some, and then relayed after the fact. Extremely bright people work there, but experience in the industry is very minimal. It was an extremely challenging atmosphere to learn from peers due to the "green" nature of industry experience with a lot of peers, not to mention the large amount of turn over. Expectations were often not communicated clearly as well as intentions of specific roles. It was very confusing and frustrating.
