Everyone else is unhappy as well so you will not feel alone.
Cons
There is no organization. Everyone goes around in a circle blaming each other. You will actually be told that the company does not care about the customers being upset because they will just focus on going and buying the competition. There is no leadership especially in Customer Service. The current management team has never been in any form of management prior and that is visible by the lack of focus and lack of accountability. You will be much more successful at finding out what is on sale at Kohls than when the manufacturing team will have product ready or the warehouse will actually ship an order. My experience has been when seeking answers to an issue that sadly the reply is based more off of how upset the customer is instead of an answer to find an overall solution so more customers would not become upset. The management team at this company has made me see that leadership is not something everyone has within them and that some people should say no to leadership roles because you are ultimately hurting the people who you depend on most; especially when you show lack of concern, lack of empathy or lack of interest.
