Pros

The biggest pros for me were the extremely respectful and friendly management and coworkers and flexible work schedule, plus it is a great atmosphere to learn. Other pros include self-management, wonderful people with great culture and values and this job will provide great experience in the accounting field. They also give wonderful benefits!

Cons

Very quiet office. Algonquin location may not be best for all.

Pros

The company provides a great work/life balance and offers opportunities to move throughout the company.

Cons

Career paths are very unclear and ambiguous to a frustrating degree. Movement beyond "manager" to any sort of upper management is near impossible. It struggles to foster good middle management. Also its main office is in Algonquin, a difficult commute for anyone living in Chicago.
