Pros

Flexible remote work life balance

Cons

Where to start - the "training" was 2 days of Powerpoints before they just give you the most tedious busy work while waiting for a reason to fire employees and then take over their territories. Managers will tell you one thing, then do another - "This month is always slow, don't expect high quotas".... they then raised it 40% and asked why you didn't hit. Definition of controlled earnings. They move the goalposts on quotas and KPIs regularly. I was shorted commission several different times and had to ask multiple times for each one to be corrected. Senior management is absolutely clueless, condescending, and toxic. Was told by the senior manager "We don't need you here" after obtaining over 100% of quota for 3 months straight, and then missing quota the next month when they raised it 40% on a "slow month". The head of the warehouse quit and it caused weeks of order backup/delays to customers, reps were quitting left and right because we were all fed up with the nonsense and the lack of accountability from management. Toxic company and culture to its core, and just like every toxic organization it starts at the top. Would not recommend to anyone

Pros

Can do drugs on the clock

Cons

No accountability. Pay is the lowest in the area and it shows in the people they retain. Nothing but felons.

Pros

Paychecks come regularly, decent coffee.

Cons

Too much work for such little pay. Leadership is poor. No cross training on anything, sets people for failure. Men are predatory.
