Pros

Positive environment, friendly co-workers, decent location in suburbs, offers flexible schedule, teamwork is great, good dental plan, salary is ok, buying out smaller companies, they are making room for growth.

Cons

Changes are made and we are last to know at the time of change. You make a lot of calls per day without many calls of substance. A lot of meetings throughout the week that take away from selling. Comp plan. Constant reporting throughout the day feels like you're being micromanaged, time off is minimal, medical coverage isn't good and expensive.
