Business Outlook
Pros
People are very friendly and you feel that you are part of a team. Very relaxed environment with outgoing managers. Smaller company means you get to know people very easily. Lots of opportunities across the departments if your skill sets are applicable. Very competitive benefits with 401(K) match and great health insurance.
Cons
Ever since the P/E take over, the office culture degraded and became too corporate. Layoffs affected morale negatively. Not many people had relevant education or work experiences for their positions so completing projects took longer than expected. Performance reviews did not occur at the right time and often too late that employees leave for better paying positions.
