Pros

Great access to C-suite for pretty much entry level employee. CEO encouraged great work.

Cons

All of this changed once corporate buyout occurred.

Lacked work environment, good time- off.

Cons

Employees were treated unequally. If you went to school with the CEO's children then you would progress within the company and have job security.
