      Love Training and On boarding New Hires

      Pros

      You are the first encounter the New Hires see after their interviewing process. You set the tone for what they can expect. I love meeting New Hires and getting to know their story; how they got into healthcare, their back ground, why they do what they do, and what they are looking for from working along side of us at Your Health. Continuing Education is a vital part of expanding and growing and I truly enjoy that aspect of the job as well.

      Cons

      You have to be able to teach in many different ways. Everyone’s learning style is different and pivoting can sometimes be challenging.

      There are no pros to this company, the owner Scott Middleton is a complete scam

      Cons

      Company is very corrupt, there is no adequate training for employees, management is absolutely awful. There is absolutely no patient care
