Huge amount of autonomy & flexibility. So much variety in client work & such a wide range of experienced peers to draw from for support. Challenging & fulfilling work.

Cons

No cons so far. It can be difficult for some to adapt to fully remote work (remote vs hybrid depends on your location & assigned clients).
