Tremendous concern for work/life balance, 35 hour work week, more if you want. Superb management, staff and benefit package. Fantastic training and support programs. Excellent salary and profit sharing plan. Primarily work with non profit organizations that have similar missions compatible with an associate's passion.

Cons

Managing multiple client schedules and associated travel.
