We try to be very clear during the interview process to make sure that we find team members that are a good fit for this type of environment. Some of us thrive, some of us don't. Flexible schedule, multiple work locations, ability to meet and work with groups of people who make this world a better place (non profit orgs), wonderful staff at YPTC itself, open door policy, support of management and colleagues.
