      Pros

      The leadership really bends over backwards to make this a great place to work, and is very open to feedback and ways to improve. The culture is very supportive and encouraging.

      Cons

      Due to the nature of client work, it can be difficult to access the support structure. The methods of billing hours/getting paid are confusing and not always well explained.
