* Collaboration with other team-mates and departments is highly encouraged. * Growth potential within the company. * Tools given to employees to complete their tasks are for the most part very good. * Personal development of employees is a big priority. * Flexibility with hours and other job aspects. * No micromanagement. * Management is very approachable. Their open door policy is 10/10, and you can literally go to them with just about any issue. * Co-workers treat each other like family. * Internal events are constantly planned and hosted! * Modern workplace feel.

Cons

* Not the most competitive salary. * Communication can fall through cracks at times (just like most companies).

Pros

The Pros of working at YM are many. It is a very "google like" atmosphere that lends toward having the freedom to be yourself yet still have a team to be a part of. YM is very team oriented and has a solid foundation of growth available from inside the company. My direct bosses are amazing in the fact they give plenty of opportunity for personal and professional growth and I feel truly care about me, my success and my team.

Cons

If you are not a self starter or a motivated person you will not do well as micro management is not a part of how things work. If you are not passionate about learning and always growing you will not succeed in moving forward - but that is any company.

Cons

As the company is growing, it is experiencing changes. As long as you are able to keep up, these changes are not a problem!
