Pros

The company is consistently growing and although it is well past being a startup, the culture is still present. Upper management allows your voice to be heard; creativity is constantly flowing and anyone can effect change. Coworkers are friendly and helpful. Great work/life balance.

Cons

There have been some growing pains integrating different products, but nothing too bad. Some of the "old guard" employees are stuck in the mentality of a 30 employee company, so there is some friction when trying to put some semblance of procedure in place. Health insurance benefits could be better, but that's the overall story in the US.

Pros

YourMembership in Austin has a casual work environment, nice offices and location, and very good benefits. Most of c-level management are wonderful and supportive.

Cons

This company has gone through a few merger/acquisitions in the last few years. The change management has not has been done in a positive manner. If you don't like frequent changes in management and turnover, this is not the place for you.
