The job has allowed me to develop my leadership skills by managing a team of talented and hardworking people. Collaboration is very important here, so I really appreciate how supportive everyone is when we face challenges and deadlines. I also enjoy the problem-solving aspect of the job - it keeps me sharp and pushes me to think critically.

- The people here have been nothing but nice and cooperative since my first day on the job. - Training is provided and I've learned a lot, especially from the team in operations. - Low-stress environment, things are well-organized. - Nice office in a good location. - Leadership team that has clear expectations and openly shares the company’s strategic plans.
