Pros

Working environment based on respect, integrity and well defined management process. Health and safety arrangements, the company established new procedures with control measures to keep employees and operations safe during the pandemic. Good communication: Skype meetings to keep in contact with each other within the team. Management is providing regular updates which is also beneficial. The support for flexible working arrangements allows me to work full time and still spend plenty of time everyday with my family. Competitive salary, benefits and performance based bonuses.

Cons

High workload, no two days are the same. Actually, I love that Zum is a progressive place to work.

What I most enjoy is the wonderful and challenging working environment where you are respected and what you do really matters and is appreciated. Transparency, open communication with the management (weekly All Hands meetings, briefings), robust induction and possibilities to learn. Friendly and supportive colleagues, feeling good doing my job well and knowing that my work is adding value to the company and my team members.

Cons

Fast-paced, time management and ability to work under pressure are critical.

Pros

Zūm is a company that is growing in consumer trust and demand and so there are a lot of opportunities for scaling. People are motivated and personally, I feel that I’m really making significant contributions to the company’s growth. And it’s even nicer that Management gives us recognition for the work that we do. The team spirit within my department and across the company as a whole makes me feel good about working here. Overall atmosphere is happy and this makes for a productive work environment. I can see that the company’ future is promising and so is mine.

Cons

None worth mentioning. The positives far outweigh the negatives.
