Pros

free snacks free lunch if you like cheap food, that you normally would not eat if it wasn't free

Cons

You will be asked to drive kids no matter what your role at the company is. You will have to use your car, your own insurance, etc. with zero compensation. It's a family run business, the CEO is not qualified to be a CEO, same goes for her two brothers, the CTO and COO. I don't know how Sequoia and other investors keep giving money to this place.

- Great management and leadership; - Tons of interesting engineering challenges; - Good compensation and benefits; - Amazing engineering team; - Company growth is enormous

Cons

It's a startup and there are lot's of engineering tasks, overtime work is pretty common here

None really But since there is a minimum: * flexible work hours * some free food, although they charge you for it * time to do research

Cons

Super weird company culture: * code base is unaccessible to anyone except one person (cto) who is a relative of ceo; * very poor coding practices; * cto is clueless about software development practices and has very poor communication skills
