It's a startup and there are lot's of engineering tasks, overtime work is pretty common here

I love how we are all so dedicated, and work hard for this company. Our hard work never goes unnoticed. Free catered lunches daily, stocked kitchen with yummy food and treats, and my favorite-- COFFEE!

Cons

Really no cons. Just have to be flexible, as there are times when things are fast-paced and we work really hard to service our customers in the way they deserve. Sometimes that means all hands on deck, which is not a bad thing.
