People Interesting Projects Work life balance is generally great. Lately it hasn't been because staffing levels are low. Company is working hard to fix it. Insurance is free for family after 4 years of service.

Cons

Unwilling to explore work from home, hybrid, flexible schedules. Very set in having an in person office culture. Lack of training and mentorship opportunities. Pay is ok but could be a little better. Insurance is very expensive for a family unless you have 4 years of service or more.
