Dying industry. Questionable culture. Thinly veiled political biases. HR sanctioned trading and selling guns between employee's in the parking lot. Closed minded employees.

Lack of leadership. High turnover and poor bidding practices lead to projects continually running over budget. Lack of accountability from senior leadership. There’s a weird affinity for the US military that permeates throughout the work culture…. high stress environment, lack of transparency/accountability from decision makers, underpaid employees.

Some of the young engineers are quite good.

Cons

Management will fire you with no warning and no PIP. They play favorites with who is allowed to work from home. They say to ask questions but really want no questions. Its a very white male company and very good old boy. I don't recommend working here.
