Pros
Fast growing company. Many Oregon offices to choose from. New employees are set up with an adviser to help new employees of all experience levels along.
Cons
Some office managers are young and not very tenured. At the time of writing this some items are going through a standardizing process. CAD standards and practices specifically are in the works of consistency and is difficult for newer employees to understand what is required of them as multiple managers will advise you in different ways.
