      Pros

      good working team members, reasonable, knowledge, easy to talk and understand. if you are nice to them, they will treat you the same.

      Cons

      Arrogant managers, usually treat you as a robot labor. Micro-management on all aspect of your work, depreciation you and even taunt you sometimes. asking you keep transparent to management, then thrown you tasks which you've never involved without any back ground alignment.
